Get Growing! Small Businesses Miss an Estimated $100 Billion in Annual Sales by Denying Credit Cards [INFOGRAPHIC]

For small businesses, accepting credit cards at checkout could be the growth kicker they need. According to a recent Intuit Small Business survey, 55 percent of the U.S.’s 27 million small businesses don’t accept credit cards. Those nearly 15 million U.S. small businesses miss out on a potential $100 billion in sales annually. That’s about $7,000 in lost sales per business every year from folks who either shop somewhere else or don’t buy their merchandise at all.

Intuit GoPayment hit the road to demonstrate how small businesses can grow bigger and faster by accepting credit cards. Mobile payment technologies like GoPayment help companies so they never miss a sale, no matter where they do business.
